Powerleveling (to Level 20) + Nightfalls = Bug
Read the following below. It's a pasted version of what I reported to Guild Wars.com. I just added some text (not reported to them):
Today a friend helped me powerlevel a level 3 Dervish at his guild hall by letting me kill his level 20 character a bunch of times. (By This process can be done in 13 minutes by you taking your low leveled character with a guild thief and letting them kill a level 20 (unarmored) character while their Mesmer/Ritualist hero resurrects them everytime enough for you to repeat this process until you reach survivor) and I know this IS NOT illegal. It felt great starting off with this powered up character to help take on a supposedly easy area of the game. However, there is a BIG PROBLEM.
The Sunspear Scouts that grants you the rights to bounty kill monsters to gain Sunspear points WON'T ALLOW ME TO and to pass the primary quest: THE HONORABLE GENERAL you need to earn the title Second Sunspear. To do so you need to gain 175 Sunspear points. Guess what? You can't and all the quests you are able to obtain only get you to earn up to 129. Without being able to complete this quest, you can not proceed with the game. It's unfair because of the time and energy put into this game.
Please fix the bug. I'm going to let an entire community on Guild Wars Guru know of this sham. Please report this to the game technicians responsible and to fix such a mess. Characters can powerlevel off Prophecies and Factions, so it should be fair for those who take the time to prepare their characters fairly to have a fun time with Guild Wars.
I have attached a screen shot to show some proof of this matter.

You powerleveled your character by having someone let you kill them over and over , . . . . . and you think this is fair and fine.
Why play the game if you are not going to play the game?
Play the way you are supposed to and this wouldnt have happened.
cheater.

Everyone creates and tricks and such to get through the game anyway that fits. Everyone has boat they wish to float and in this case I decided to give two of my 8 characters the benefit of the doubt of trying it out, legally. This is the first time I decided to see what it would be like. This process works great and easily for Prophecy and Faction Campaigns, but not for Nightfalls.
Anyway, what you said is irrevelant and not the point. The point is there's a bug and so Anet should fix it.

Besides, this process is great for those who have a life and wish not to be on Guild Wars 24/7 and still get by this game unlike those who have no life and can (along with the ability to be always bitter).

He used what was available to him in-game. He did not use a 3rd party hack or anything. Just because you won't powerlevel this way doesn't make him the cheater.

Remember kids - if you don't power level, it's because you have no life.

lol OP if you really sent that to ANet, I'm sure they didn't give a flying duck about your problem with sunspear points - that's not much of an issue (you only run into it if u power lvl in guild hall or get ferried to LA or elona and lvl up there instead).
The powerleveling in the guild hall is a HUGE issue and was taken care of in friday's update. i can only imagine how much experience was earned these last few weeks. red flags must've been flying!!! there's probably 1000x more legendary survivors then before.
EDIT: i feel this thread should be moved to general discussion or such. i don't think this is the right place (video card problem? can't login? technical issues? no) plus this thread will become alot more interesting if posted there!!!
